Refund Policy

Receipt confirms customer has seen the return policy.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a credit upon product returned within four days with original receipt and original packaging and in unused condition. We will provide store credit for product returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and original packaging and in unused condition as method of payment excluding delivery charges. Returns with no receipt will not receive credit.

Custom orders are made expressly for you and they are not returnable. You may cancel a custom order as long as the order is not in process at the workroom. There will be a 30% cancellation charge. All pet beds are considered custom and not returnable. All pet food items are non returnable.

All internet sales, phone sales and out of state sales are final.
